Brian Rogers, Director of Environmental Waste Compliance, has a background in Law and has over 20 years’ experience in Healthcare Waste Management. Brian has been influential in shaping industry clinical waste best practice both for the HSE in respect of the Acute Hospitals and private practice for clinics, laboratories and research centres. Until recently Brian was General Manager of Initial Medical Services Ireland and also worked in a European Role in many EU Countries in developing clinical waste management systems. Brian now offers his knowledge and experience to Government Agencies, Local Authorities, Trade Association, the HSE and Healthcare Professionals

Graeme Allen, Quality, Safety, Environmental and Training Consultant

Graeme Allan has been a Quality, Safety, Environmental and Training Professional for some 30 years.  Within his Consultancy practice he has been responsible for the Development of Safety and Environmental management policies and procedures for SME’s. within the sectors of Engineering, Construction, Business Management Services, Hazardous Waste Transport and Waste Disposal services.  Graeme has carried out World-Wide Standards Certification audits of Company Quality, Safety and Environmental management systems and is an Internationally Registered Lead Auditor.  His knowledge and experience in quality, safety and environmental management was acknowledged by his recruitment to the Adult Learning Inspectorate and Ofsted, the UK’s Education Inspectorate.
